Where are my entries stored?
Entries stay in protected storage on your device unless you enable Private iCloud Sync or export selected entries.
How do I restore Private Nook?
Open Settings in Nook Notes and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
How do I change ad privacy choices?
Open Settings and choose Ad privacy options when that control is required for your region. Ads appear only in Theme Gallery.
How do I export entries?
Open Journal, tap Select, choose the entries you want, then use Export selected. Only your selected entries are included.
What happens if iCloud is unavailable?
Local journaling continues. Nook Notes displays the current sync status in Settings and keeps the protected local copy.
How do I remove synced iCloud data?
Use the iCloud storage controls in Apple Settings. If you need help locating them, email support without attaching any journal content.
How do I report a problem safely?
Tell us the screen, action, iPhone model, and iOS version involved. Please redact or omit journal text, moods, tags, exported files, and other sensitive content.
