Pawket Aces

Privacy policy

Updated October 2, 2026

Pawket Aces is a single-player card puzzle from DevPanda. This policy describes the game's current development builds and the advertising planned for its iOS release.

The game is in development. Pawket Aces has not been released on the App Store. Release builds have ads disabled. Development ad code is configured for Google's test ads; the release behavior will be reviewed and this policy updated before launch.

Local game data

The current game saves scores, cleared stages, stars, leaf coins, cosmetic unlocks and selections, settings, run statistics, and resumable game state on your device. These saves let you continue a run and keep your progress between sessions.

The current game has no player-account login, cloud-sync feature, online leaderboard, or developer-operated analytics service. Local game saves are not uploaded to a DevPanda server.

Planned advertising

The planned iOS release will use Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising and privacy choices. The selected approach is contextual, non-personalized advertising without cross-app tracking. This is a release plan, not a claim that the production integration is already enabled.

When Google's advertising services are used, they may process IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ads viewed, ad interactions, product interactions, performance information, and diagnostic data. Google describes uses including ad delivery, reporting, analytics, fraud prevention, and service operation. The information processed depends on the SDK, configuration, privacy choices, and device settings.

Non-personalized ads still involve data. They are selected using context rather than past behavior. Google may still use identifiers for frequency limits and aggregated ad reporting; applicable consent requirements still apply.

See Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure, its explanation of non-personalized ads, and Google's privacy policy for details.

Privacy choices

The development code includes a consent-information refresh before ad initialization, a check of Google's permission to request ads, and a conditional Ad privacy choices control in Settings. These paths are under validation; their presence in the code does not establish that consent flows are ready for release.

Regional messages and production consent setup remain incomplete. Production ads will remain disabled while that setup is incomplete. This page will be reviewed against the verified release controls before advertising is enabled.

The selected release plan does not use Apple's advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. Non-personalized advertising does not, by itself, establish that no identifiers or other information are processed.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, advertising identifiers, or unrelated personal information.

Retention and removal

Local game data remains on your device until the app's data is removed. Device backups are managed separately through your operating system and backup provider. There is no DevPanda cloud-save copy to restore after local data is removed.

For questions about information you sent to support, contact us at the address below. Information processed by Google is handled under Google's privacy policy and controls; removing Pawket Aces does not itself request deletion from Google.

Audience and availability

Pawket Aces is planned as a general-audience game, not an Apple Kids Category app. Its official store age rating, launch regions, and release date have not been announced.

Changes

We will update this page as the game and its service integrations change. The date above identifies this version.
